Workforce Well-Being in the North Superior Region

Workers in the communities served by the North Superior Workforce Planning Board (NSWPB) enjoy high levels of well-being across many aspects of life. Nonetheless, workers report high rates of financial stress and the region is outperformed by the rest of Northern Ontario on some aspects of personal well-being. Addressing these discrepancies and continuing to collect data will be key to improving workforce well-being.
