This paper measures service levels, capacity, coordination, and availability of services provided for Francophones within the regions of Northern Ontario. The information in the paper can be used to better understand gaps pertaining to services offered, eligibility, and affordability. In addition, it will help assess capacity and coordination among Francophone service providers in the North.
